These terms apply to the Market Intelligence API at https://api.marketintelligenceapi.com (the "Service"), including its HTTP routes and MCP server. By calling the Service you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service returns market data and analytics derived mainly from public blockchain data and public records. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

2. Not investment advice

Everything the Service returns is information, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Signals, scores, verdicts and track records describe observed data and past performance, which does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for any automated system that acts on the data.

3. Payment

Paid calls are paid per request in USDC through the x402 protocol at the price quoted in the HTTP 402 response. Payment is settled only when the Service returns a successful answer (HTTP 2xx); requests that fail validation, find no data (404) or fail on our side are not charged. Settled payments are on-chain transactions and are final. Prices can change; the price quoted for a request is the one that applies to it. You are responsible for your wallet, keys and network fees.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to bypass payment for the Service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the Service or other users.

5. Data and third-party sources

You may use the responses in your own applications and agents. Some data comes with the source's own terms, which travel with the data: SOFR and EFFR are published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and are subject to the Terms of Use posted at newyorkfed.org (the notice is included in those responses); euro STR is from the European Central Bank (source quoted, unmodified); news metadata is from the GDELT Project (attribution included); SEC EDGAR and U.S. Treasury data are public records. Do not present the data as endorsed by any of these sources.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for trading losses, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the requests concerned.

7. Changes

We may change the Service, its prices and these terms. The date above shows the current version.
